Dried Pineapple flowers - how to

Here is a cool photo tutorial on how to make pretty pineapple flowers to decorate your cupcakes or cakes. I baked them at 225F for 1.5 hours (until they are dry). I used them for a cake I did for a friend of mine using this tutorial.
